None of the seats are any wider than any other.

As for 31HJ, my flight a few days was full and the person in 31H had his legs stretched out, but didn't seem to get hit by the trolley or people (May have moved his legs to the side?). That said, there must have been a good 200 people from the PE cabin going back and forth to the toilet, few backsides practically in my face as they stood in the aisle waiting for a free toilet.
The aisles do seem pretty narrow - you'll notice this especially between the toilets at the back of the mini cabin.
If you want immovable armrests, avoid the bulkhead rows. At least in row 31, you can lift the armrests for extra width and watch the IFE from the off.
You may or may not get bumped into in 31H. Depends on people, how smooth the flight is etc. YMMV.
