TAP are simply a nightmare to deal with. They cancel my flights then only reimburse 85% of what I paid and keep telling me they are working on my case. Crooks and thieves of the highest order. Why should TP have an agent in countries on the other side of the world they do not even fly to?
I would try to get hold of them somewhere at the point of departure as the current owner (portuguese state) acts the same way like TP...
