I'm struggling with the communication with KLM since they point out that I got the correct ticket from them.

I bought a ticket from Frankfurt towards Las Vegas with a connection in Detroit. Both flights are operated by Delta but booked with a KLM share code. Booked trough KLM.

The leg was shown as Premium Comfort class when booking on both flights. As well I got the booking email which is showing the Premium select for both flights. Class A.

But the only seat option is Comfort+, which is a Economy Class seat. With less service as well.(This flight doesn't even have Premium select)

Probably I can not apply for a refund afterwards for a downgrade because I never even got the ticket for the other class.

But in my opinion they should have sold the second part of journey as Economy instead.

Compared if I would book a Premium comfort flight on KLM and would get a seat in Economy comfort.

Please share your feedback if I'm wrong or if you see other solutions to fix the problem. Thanks!
