You can try raising a complaint on their website, I found that does indeed get a response. Usually everything just goes off into the nether/they don't care otherwise.
Yes that's what I did and few times actually but they responded with: The issue has been passed on to the relevant team to be looked after and it is taking time, please be patient.. and so on..
I think there's nothing else I can do now.
