I need to transfer my UR points in near future so I'm considering upgrade one of my CF to CSP or CSR. Could someone confirm below statement I read in a blog some times ago is still accurate?

Once I upgrade CF to CSR (let's assume 2023/06/01), the annual fee will not post for a few months (2-3 months) but the $300 credit will be available right after upgrade. The $300 credit will reset once the upgrade anniversary hit (2024/06/01) but next AF will not post until12 months after the last AF posted (sometime between 2024/08 - 2024/09).

If this is still the case then I will upgrade to CSR (and downgrade again after a year) rather than CSP.
