Claiming missing Airpoints/Status points
Hi all
I've just put in to claims for missing Airpoints from two flights two weeks ago. The background is these were LX tickets and I flew on SQ metal both times.
When I put in the claims, it asks for operating airline I put in SQ and then the corresponding SQ flight number for the flight I took. However, after I put in the claims I realised some of the flight number options were codeshare numbers and then further realised that I could have put LX as the operating airline and the corresponding LX flight number.
Have I stuffed up my claim by using the SQ as the operator and the SQ flight number?
