I'm hoping someone can provide some insight into an issue I've been dealing with since July of last year. On July 24th, 2022, I attempted to transfer 26,750 Avios into my BAEC account. Unfortunately, these Avios never made it into my account. Despite reaching out to both parties to resolve the issue, I have had no luck for almost 10 months now.

Initially, I contacted Qatar, who directed me to contact BA, and then informed me of a technical issue that had since been resolved. They then instructed me to contact Qatar to have the Avios credited back into my account since the issue was fixed. Then I went back to Qatar and I was advised to wait while the relevant team looked into it. I am trying to follow up every now and then but most of the times never get any reply back. Now I'm at a loss for what to do next. Anyone has experienced similar issue?
