With SQ326, if you want to shower before that do it early. When I took that flight last October I went to have a quick shower at T-60 mins but the showers had closed by then.
Senator lounge access is based on status, here star gold, not class of travel. So someone travelling Y on SQ could still access Senator with KrisFlyer Gold status.
OP is on SQ325 in the evening, access to showers should not be an issue.

Different approach between SQ and LH.
The LH Senator lounges are on average identical to their business counterparts, eg neither offer champagne, food is basic. Many offer few enhancements (particularly on the Schengen side.
However, as you are flying SQ into and out of FRA T1B, the Senator lounge there has a manned bar (incl barista coffee) — a genuine enhancement over their business lounge (and FRA AC lounge for that matter).
This is why you should visit the Senator lounge over the AC one — for the better coffee, if not even an early morning (US time) negroni.
As an aside, SQ differentiates its lounge access, hence why the SIN SKL Cs are better than the Senator lounges.
