Has anyone tried to do that at this restaurant or any other restaurant at a Hyatt property? The instructions on the WOH website seem pretty straightforward, give the staff your WOH number and it should be credited automatically?
I have done it at Alila Marea (Encinitas, CA) and Park Hyatt Aviara (Carlsbad, CA). It's worked like a charm.
