Contrast this with the Ritz, which doesn't give breakfast, parking, or resort fee waivers, and charges $75/day for beach chairs. If you are platinum or above they will waive the fee for basic chairs but still ask for tips when you close out the "bill". Service at the Ritz was lazy at best and rude at worst, and the food was overall worse there.
Thanks for the report. In your opinion is the Andaz simply superior to the Ritz? I will stay at both regardless but have about a month in Hawaii so I’m trying to figure out how I want to allocate my time.
