The remarks by tdiddy23 andFinkface were very helpful. We are going over a busy Canadian holiday weekend. I've decided it's best to not drive and rely on ferry timings as we absolutely must be at the Lund Harbor at a specific time to take the Klahoose boat to the lodge. We are going to fly from Vancouver Airport to the Powell River airfield. The Klahoose van picks up from the specific flight we have booked to take us to the dock. They have chosen an earlier flight than I might prefer but the thinking is to allow for any delay in the flight and then give us time to eat lunch in Lund before getting on the boat. We are looking forward to seeing grizzlies hunt for salmon in a quiet, serene setting with minimal walking and steps to the viewing platform. This should be a delight.
