I'm trying to log into login.gov to access my Global Entry account in order to update the record with a new passport number.

I have the correct email and password, but it is asking me for an authenticator code. I've previously used Google Authenticator app, but it seems almost all of my accounts have disappeared from the app, including Login.gov. The only option for setting it up again, is to "scan a QR code" or "enter a setup key."

Does anyone know if there is somewhere on the Login.gov site to generate a QR code or setup key? The only other option is to delete the account completely, which I'm hesitant to do, because I fear it is linked to other applications (like IRS, SSA, etc.).
