There are kiosks in the landing above TSA, but I think anything you could do at the kiosk you could do with the app. If you need agent clearance of something like a visa, I would guess that the customer service desk can handle it, since for example they used to do the Hawaii documents check there, but I don't know for certain. I also would expect UC agents to be able to do it.
