One other thought - DM then on Twitter; I often do that and their customer service team replies within 1-2 hours. Best of luck!

Thank you for your reply! Yes I did screenshot everything and the transaction from my bank. Unfortunately the flight was full so we had to sit in Y, but I could file for a refund. I hope the rest goes smoothly. Thank you!
