Fairly recently I had passport control entering Dubai give me a Du SIM, slipped into my passport as it was handed back to me. Maybe Bell should have partnered with CBSA instead of AC ;-)

Edit: In all seriousness eSIMs are going to obsolete this pretty quickly.
