45+ min wait 4/25 at CLT - 1740 arrival. They had an agent at the elevator directing people away if they didnt want to wait...but if you did, you had to take the SLOW elevator up to put your name on the list.
Had the same issue on 4/20, but the wait wound up being only 20 minutes-it was a bit of a mess with new folks and folks who had checked in earlier coming in at the same time. There is a stairwell that could be a lot faster than the elevator that might be run by a hamster on a wheel.
