Is it just me or has Aman been slow to respond to emails? I already have reservations at pulo and wanted to start booking a few activities and nothing but crickets. They have also been slow to respond about my gani trip I am trying to book.
In my experience, central booking has always been glacially slow, and individual properties are highly variable (even when actual service is great). Amanpulo for instance has never replied promptly to an email (in like 10 or 15 years) but the service at the hotel has been consistently very good or better. (Food being more variable.)
