Also, same situation for myself and my husband. We both travelled CX from London to Melbourne, so 4 legs in premium economy. Both R and E bookings so should get 100% of the avios and tier points. We still haven't been credited that since our travel in Dec 2022 and Jan 2023.
We submitted the missing avios/tier points in Feb 2023 and got an email indicating that it could take up to 8 weeks. I even tried to contact Cathay recently. They said the issue is on BA side as they haven't heard from BA regarding this.
Who should I raise this with BA?
I am BA Gold so have also called the customer service line. What should I do next? Is there someone in BA which I could email?
