The weakest link in OneWorld alliance and one of the worst airline with least customer care, especially if flight is delayed/missed connection.
Avoid if you can, which may not always be possible as they fly to most capitals in West and Central Africa, with very limited connectivity by other carriers to these destinations.
I took 12 business class flights in the last 14 months, mostly from Europe to West Africa with transit in CMN.
Of the 12 flights, on 10 flights I found cabin crew and ground staff to be extremely racist and horrible (to say the least) with passengers of African origin. I had to intervene a few times to help passengers, as cabin crew just did not bother to move. The ground crew is completely useless.
On a missed connection (last Monday 01 May), due to delayed RAM inbound flight, I was not given any support or help find any alternative flight.
Visit the business lounge from 8pm onwards: when most European and North American flights have left and only African flights (plus TLV) are leaving between 10pm -1am. The food service changes to one hot dish, badly prepared with limited service.
It is shocking how there is no monitoring from Oneworld alliance eon RAM service.
