That is a 1-2-1 (each row is seat-aisle-seat-seat-aisle-seat). However, from row to row, the seat placement varies: some window seats are closer to the window (more privacy) and some pairs of center seats are next to each other (so-called honeymoon seats), while the others are right against the aisle.
This is the basic United Polaris layout; El Al flies a similar layout and Lufthansa/Swiss/Austrian will have a similar layout eventually. Unlike reverse herringbone, where beyond window/middle the seats are all identical, this style has definite differences from seat to seat.
