Neither of my HKG-LAX and LAX-HKG in early/mid April in Premium economy R class got credited. I fortunately managed to get the missing miles on my outbound HKG-LAX credited within two days through the Twitter team after initially being rejected through the online system. The return however is taking quite a bit longer.... with the twitter team saying it might take a couple of weeks.... Hoping it will get done quickly.
