Nice and accurate review from rt23456p.
A couple of notes: Club and Western buffet breakfasts are similar. For me, restaurant was superior. It offered steamed vegetables (hot and cold) and a greater variety of soups and congee. If you're veg*n, I definitely recommend restaurant breakfast amenity. During my four days, early visits, before 0700, restaurant was quiet and uncrowded.
Evening service, arrive in the Club by 1700, if you want a chair.
Club (Platinum, Titanium, Ambassador) Hours:
Breakfast 0700-1030
Snacks and Soft Drinks 1030-1730
Cocktail Time, Appetizers and Snacks 1730-1930
Bar Time Snacks 1930-2100
Children of elementary school age and younger not allowed after 1730
Western buffet breakfast 0630-1000
Japanese breakfast 0700-1000
There is a free, 24-hour fitness center in the basement, two treadmills, elliptical, bike, two weight machines, hand weights. You need to pick up and return a key front the front desk. Kind of a bummer to stand in line twice in your gym clothes. The health club is ¥1600 per visit; it doesn't open until 1100 and closes 2100. The pool.opens at 0800.
I would be willing to come back. It is mercifully some distance from the worst of Osaka (Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori), but has reasonable transit connections to most places. I didn't like the fitness center key wrangling, but 24-hour access if far from a given in Japan. The Club? Pass.
