Afternoon Tea CHML (Children Meal)
In the name of research, I pre-ordered a Children's Meal. I received jam sandwiches and a piece of bread topped with cream cheese, cucumber, carrot and cherry tomato fashioned to look like a face. I suspect this has been presented 180° the wrong way.
The dessert was the same carrot cake as served with the regular meals. The tray was pre-loaded with a scone and the crew offered another from a basket. I thought I was being offered a bread roll, not another scone. The clotted cream on the CHML was different from the regular meals. I was hoping for a kit-kat or similar for dessert, but alas, it was not to be.
As expected for a band 2 flight, no menus were handed out.
