From what I learned BR usually releases tickets 1 week ago, and can I change my ticket to J class? not within 96 hours of course.

I can reply to the first part re mixed class segments.

Have you tried to construct the ticket with the multi point option in the award booking section? Sometimes that is all you need to do to get it to ticket. If you’ve tried that and still are unsuccessful then yes an ANA agent via phone should be able to do it. I’ve had trouble booking similar trips online but phone agent was able to complete.
