The 6 month expiration is pretty tight, IMO.
the hotel is 35k/night, so it would be the perfect use.
I have an email into my concierge but she typically doesn’t respond or takes about a week.

LOL you will find 0 luck in even getting a 24 hour extension much less a 2 month extension.
You will get 20k points if unable to use by expiration. I’m surprised you have one expiring in July that would mean you’d have to have hit your 60th night in January…
