When you think about how each department lead, say the Head chef, Beverage lead, Entry requirements person, Chief Window/Fireplace Officer and all of the other leads just have no idea how to run their departments it surely must come down to the GM or whatever title the ultimate owner of the lounge has that is responsible for failing to ensure a standard that even slightly resembles 'First class'.
A reputable poster on this forum mentioned earlier this year, that the menu at the lounge would be changed every 1-2 month with some of the essential items such as the burger would remain year-round.
Does anyone have more information on that since IMO, at a First Class Lounge at a very important outstation with lots of repetitive passengers, the menu shouldn't be the same since the FFD at JFK and CCR in T7 had a rotating menu.
