I doubt that the Olympics in Paris makes the slighest bit of difference to Iberia. Maybe an extra flight to Paris or larger aircraft...
FWIW, summer Olympic Games usually see major tourist-centre host cities receive fewer visitors. Because anybody who would normally visit Paris in the summertime would be put off by the Olympics pricing, perceived hassle, etc.
