Here's to hoping the yen does not rebound before July. Don't think it that is a true risk though.
Just checked for a possible booking at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo for 19 July to 21 July using my Corporate rate and it's 83,300 yen per night! If I change to the following week for 26 July to 28 July, then my Corporate rate is 125,800 yen per night (GULP!!!). OMG, what insanity!!!

I think that I will skip Tokyo altogether and go to Seoul instead after my meeting is over! Just go to Seoul, fly into Tokyo for the meeting and lunch and then fly back to Seoul I can get the Andaz Seoul Gangnam for 322,500 Korean won (~$241) vs $608 for the GHT Tokyo at 83,300 yen per night.

EDITED to add that my Corporate rate for 19 July to 21 July at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo in Shinjuku is 20,500 yen per night, in case I need to spend the one night in Tokyo! But what a GAP between the HRT and the GHT! I don't even like the HRT but may have to choose it if my client insists a late dinner instead of a lunch
