I am super late in replying here, but in case it helps anyone else - yes it is free for business class passengers flying UL.

I had a 7:30am Sunday flight to MLE and our hotel scheduled our driver for 4am. This was completely unnecessary with the Silk Route as we got there earlier than even the Silk Route UL check in agent. I would have felt comfortable leaving at least an hour later if I did it again. The main terminal also was pretty empty at this hour fwiw.
