Dear all,
I’m new in this forum so feel free to point out suggestions or criticism of this thread.
I would need some guidance and help. I have I flight tomorrow and I upgraded one of the legs as I wanted to make a surprise for my partner and me. I upgraded the flight with SWISS, operated by SWISS through the SWISS web page earlier. I did not get a receipt, however it showed online that the upgrade was made and the correct amount was paid through my credit card (report from my bank transactions).
When I tried to check in today online it stated that the upgraded leg was still in economy class and I couldn’t even choose seats in business class. I’ve written to the customer service but still waiting for a reply as the clock ticks closer to the flight.
I regularly do this kind of upgrades and it always works fine with Swiss. I’m a happy customer of them usually, but this makes me a bit sad. How would you do in this situation? Is there something I should think of I speak to the customer support?

Unfortunately, I don't have anything too valuable to add except that I hope you took a screenshot of your upgrade confirmation / payment when it went through; if you did, I'd recommend you print it out and bring it to the desk at the airport during check-in, in case it's not resolved by then.
One other thought - DM then on Twitter; I often do that and their customer service team replies within 1-2 hours. Best of luck!
