Comments: Attempted to upgrade via app morning of reservation. Was advised that there were not any upgrades available due to hotel being fully booked but would make a note in case of cancellations. I asked again at check-in but was told the same thing. I did see earlier in the day that there appeared to be Suites available to book via app but I did not press the issue with front desk. Overall still really enjoyed our stay at the hotel though and would stay again if I was visiting Savannah.
