The food offerings are simplified but I think the quality is marginally better (at least not all fried options). Soon after arrival, each person is served a plate with three small hors d'oeuvres. There are then two self-serve or assisted-serve stations, both hot options. The ones I remember were gyozas, beef sliders, duck pancakes, and noodles with sliced pork. The plates are very small, to accommodate 1 or 2 portions, but many guests don't let that deter them and load up. There are also crudites available. I do miss the cheese and crackers, and focaccia with mozerella/tomato that was usually available pre-2020. Cocktails, red/white/sparkling wine, 3 kinds of beer, and non-alcoholic drinks are served by staff.
