Let's take an example on Qantas:
25th Dec 2023 - LAX-SYD - 2 Adults - Business Class - Business Classic Reward (Available)
When searching either on BAEC (or calling) and on Expert Flyer, there is nothing in U (which Qantas use for their Business Classic Rewards that partners can see).
I was asking the forum if anyone knew of any issues when it comes to this. Maybe Qantas are doing something their side.
Oh, I see what you mean - on Qantas, when you login as a frequent flyer, you get the below.
Business Classic award seats are available.
Whereas on BA, you get no seats available -
You're out of luck, I'm afraid.
Qantas seem to have only released the Business Classic Rewards to their own members and not to their partners. This is common enough among airlines, where they sometimes keep reward flight inventory for their own frequent flyers only.
There's no hack to get around this apart from booking with Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the Qantas website. You won't be able to use Avios unless something becomes available on the BA website.
