Unusually, the crew didn't take food orders while passengers boarding and had to take until take off, this made the service very slow, with starters not appearing until after 21;00 then mains around 22:00, both served luke warm. We were in row 5, and neither of us got our first choices for starter and main



Had the soup, and `cape Malay chicken, both served luke warm

Skipped breakfast




Only seemed to have 1-bottle of Laurent Perrier Alexandra Rose loaded. Not offered as a boarding drink, and once served no top ups
