I just completed a 3-night stay here. I booked a Grand Premium King and unfortunately was not upgraded to a suite. I wasn't too surprised though. At online check in, I was presented with paid upgrade options to a Conrad Suite (2 rooms available) or Premium Conrad Suite (1 room available), but I didn't want to splurge. The lower-level suites (Executive and Terrace) were not bookable online. At check-in, they did mention they would see if an upgrade was available but then told me I already had a Grand Premium Room. I then asked about their upgrade policy and options available, and after checking again, there was an option for an Executive Twin Suite, but I would need to change rooms after the first night. I didn't know what that meant, but since I didn't want a twin-bedded room or want to change rooms, I left it at that.
I had another great stay. The lounge was staffed more than in my past several stays, and they kept up with the apparently ravenous guests during cocktail hour. Breakfast in the lounge, the pool, and the gym were highlights.
