Accidentally opened a new Ink using a different business name than the one I have been using.

I have 3 Inks under "Business A". Just opened a new one under "Business B" and now going through absolute hell. It's not automatically recognized in the "Business A" login so I can't activate the card. It looks like I'll have to create a whole new login just for this 4th card or "link account" it with the business A login...

Anyone have advice?
