I have been having a really hard time in the last few days liquidating the metabank (issued) blackhawk (serviced) visa gift cards at WM for MO. Some are regular visa and some are grocery everywhere. I even called to set pin or did it online.

Randomly, POS starts rejecting it with DEBIT NOT AVAILABLE or UNABLE TO PROCESS DEBIT TRANSACTION (something like that) error. It either starts doing that on my 2nd transaction (say 1 BP then 1 MO). Or does it randomly during my 2nd or 3rd swipe during the split of even my first transaction. Super frustrating. And then I have a set of cards that just does not work at all. Always getting rejected. Super frustrating. Anyone have any suggestions?
