After you open the reservation, refresh the page. Then if you have multiple flights move to flight number two, back to number one and it usually shows up. If one segment has already cleared an upgrade, you won't see it on the other ones.

It's absolutely ridiculous. The app is a joke.

The feature where your upcoming flight would show on the homepage with the details appears to have disappeared now. About one in four releases it seems to vanish.
