Out stations in my experience often make up their own rules....TLV...usual signage directing Silver to business counter and had my wrist slapped for stepping up to the counter as Silver, being lectured and told not to let it happen again. I knew the agent was wrong, did my best sheepish looking face and moved on. It was 4 am and no need to have my day start off on the wrong foot.
