I completed a three night stay here a little over a week ago. Obviously the hard product was top notch being a brand new hotel - really loved the layout of the room which extremely spacious and almost felt like a mini suite given how everything is laid out separately. Booked a room with two doubles which was at the end of the hall so this type of room may be larger than the normal king room given it’s positioning although can’t confirm.

There were definitely some glaring service issues - the bell staff and everyone at the front desk were great but that was one of the few bright spots in the service realm.

I checked in quite late and went to check out the pool that night and there were used towels everywhere that nobody had cleaned up. I also ate at the lobby lounge when I arrived and breakfast the next day and service was extremely slow and menus were limited (had to get up and ask for menus each time). In particular, the breakfast menu in the lobby lounge was quite poor and it seemed like they were letting people order off another menu from the full service restaurant which stopped serving at 9:30 or 10. However, this was never mentioned but I figured this out afterwards. Most of my simple breakfast order (pastry which was stale, fruit, coffee) never came out after waiting 30 minutes and my coffee order was wrong - I had to takeoff for a meeting and found the manager who took off the breakfast for the inconvenience.

I did receive a bottle of wine and some candies with a note from the hotel waiting in my room thanking me for my loyalty.

The locker room with the jacuzzi/sauna/steam room was excellent as was the gym.

I also ate at Atria - the food was fantastic and the sommelier was great. He checked in multiple times throughout the meal and suggested a great bottle of wine. He also poured some excellent dessert wine on the house. I was skeptical to eat here after the two previous meals but was ultimately glad I gave it a try. The chef also stopped by and asked how the meal was and chatted about some of the dishes.

I’d stay here again but hopefully the service improves and actually resembles a RC.
