My opinion is Yes. Legrest, better recline and seat size. I have been stranded in top 3 UG list SFo-NRT and PremPlus is a decent consolation prize.

In this very specific scenario of redeeming 60k for a free flight v paying $4k on a nicer, with a decent chance at Polaris….I personally would suffer in E+ for free and make it up with nice splurges at the destination, and an extra day off (and even a massage) after returning home

Others MMV certainly.
