What has happened to Hyatt Customer Service???
I just called because a stay posted that was supposed to be a double point stay (that's the rate I paid)...this should be less than a 3 minute phone call. I made three separate phone calls...the first nearly 12 mins to be told she can't help me. The second just about 3 mins for her to realize a supervisor would have to help and that none were working...and finally a marathon of a call for 29 minutes to be passed around to 3 different people, 2 supervisors...they finally posted the points.
Seems every time I call in, no one is properly trained on anything.
Anyone else experience this horrible level of service recently?
ETA: I just looked at my account and they moved my 3,000 point bonus that was there to the stay the following night...so I'm certain that will be another fight after my next stay...UGH!
