Not waiving the baggage fees is probably the only thing you can resolve after the fact (with a refund of the fees).

Everything else (lounge access, standby priority, boarding priority, etc.) can't easily be quantified and refunded. So if they're going to screw one thing up, I'd prefer it be the baggage fees.
