Wondering what folks think about this as a quick landing place following a flight that arrives from the US at AMS at 7:00 am. We're booked at the Andaz for later that day, but with check-in at 3:00 pm, it's likely we'll have several hours to burn and we've reached an age where a two-hour nap and a shower are more important to us than doing low level touring while we wait for check in.

Hyatt Place doesn't seem to have a day rate...the Sheraton does (179 euros) and I think it would be borderline more convenient since we could avoid a shuttle, but at the Hyatt Place we could use a free night certificate. (If we pay cash, it's 158 euros.)
