Older hotel in need of a refurbishment. Breakfast is a mad house, waits of 20+ minutes to eat and they have been placing us in an overflow ballroom without windows. Quite sad ambiance and sad food. Service is super friendly. Suite is a 1BR with views of a mall courtyard (noisy). Used my TSU to get the suite... worthy usage to get the space.

Happy hour in their lounge area is nice (true lounge still under renovation). Location is good, about 15 minutes from the Hakata Shinkansen station.
