Going via YYC produces the following mileage [assuming all upgrades come through]:

YYZ-YYC 1670+417=2087
YYC-SFO 801+200=1001
Total 3088x2=6176

Still not quite enough, unless you want to drop another $150 for a quick run ex-SFO to LAX or LAS.
