ANC-SEA
Breakfast
Choices were a Ham & Cheese Quiche, French Toast, or Charcuterie Plate.
I chose the quiche, and it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had since Pre-Covid. Excellent flavor, generous portion, and the eggs actually didn’t taste powdery or rubbery. Only complaint is that I would have liked it to have been a few degrees warmer. (See my next meal below for more of a theory why).
Great ATL based crew. Full PDB and kept glasses filled.
SEA-ATL
Lunch
Choices were a Spinach and Cheese Agnolotti, Charcuterie Plate, or Chicken Salad.
I chose the agnolotti and was again satisfied. Not the best meal ever, but an overall solid choice. I, again, would’ve like it to have been served a little warmer, but that’s my only critique. It turned out to be the same crew that operated the flight in from ANC (different plane though) so I believe the FA was just not heating things warm enough. Again a great crew, full PDB, and good service.
ATL-SEA
Lunch
Choices were the Fox Bros BBQ Short Rib, Chicken Salad, or Potato Gnocchi.
I went with the short rib as the Fox Bros ex-ATL is my favorite variation of the dish. Almost all the hubs have short ribs and to me this one is the best. Excellent flavor, perfectly cooked, and tasty sides. The banana pudding was a great treat as well.
Again a great crew, full PDB, and attentive service.
SEA-ANC
Dinner
Choices were the Spinach and Cheese Agnolotti, Mustard Crusted Short Rib, or Chicken Salad.
I went with the spinach and cheese agnolotti again as I enjoyed it on the outbound. Didn’t take an additional picture. My experience is that SEA does not do beef well, and based on that as well as having had the beef out of ATL, I was glad I chose the pasta. My seat mate had the beef and it didn’t look appealing.
Again great service.
This trip was 6 segments (the other 2 were too short for meal service). All 6 had full PDB service and great crews. The best service I’ve had since Covid. Usually at least one or two flights have “duds” when comes to the crew, but I was actually left impressed and happy I purchased F on this trip. (I know, I know, weird to actually post something positive on FT).
