It will be on your ticket, and your email confirmation. Airline policies are generally irrelevant; when you check in the agent charges you what the computer tells them to charge you, which will be whatever's on the ticket.
Also, this is binding. If the airline charges you more than what's stated in the ticket AS will refund it. If they don't you can file a DOT complaint (it won't go that far though).
