It’s all over the place, but this past winter they released a lot of J inventory between 14-21 days before. That has since dried up quite a bit. If travel continues to come back that may not happen again.
I would set an expert flyer alert and forget about it. Plenty of people cancel trips and inventory may reappear. I was able to get a mid July NRT-ORD F ticket a few weeks ago by doing that. (One way booked through United, but same availability as ANA).
