Just back from another trip ordering GFML for health reasons. I would love to get GFML + Vegetarian but Air Canada doesn't offer it hence I end up eating meat in these rare cases. Anyway I can request Air Canada to consider adding additional gluten free meals?

Also as a side note, recently flew ANA and they put a sticker on my seat and had replacement GF snacks for every snack offered to other passengers. Would highly recommend.
